I’ve used consultants before and it hasn’t worked out. What makes you different?
That’s a fair concern. Many agencies have worked with consultants who deliver polished recommendations but little lasting impact.
My background is in creative operations, from Junior Designer to Executive Operations Director at a global agency. I understand the commercial and delivery pressures agencies face in practice, not just in theory.
I don’t hand over a template. Everything starts with how your agency actually runs, where profit is made or lost, what’s holding growth back, and what’s realistic.
And I don’t disappear after the diagnosis. Whether it’s a focused session, a specific project or a longer engagement, I work alongside you to make sure the improvements land.
Which service should I start with, and how much does it cost?

Profit Boost Session - £695
Pre-work, a 90-minute diagnostic and a written action plan to find where your margin is leaking, or your money back.
AgencyOS™ - audit and roadmap from £3,500
A full audit across planning, profit, people and process, a prioritised roadmap, then hands-on support to put it in place. Implementation is scoped afterwards. Best if growth has stalled or you want to be ready to scale or sell.
Ops On Demand - from £1,200
A fixed-price project to fix one specific problem, such as a process, system, resourcing or an automation. The fee is agreed after a short scoping call. Best if you know what’s broken.

How do you implement automation and AI?
I start by looking at how your work really runs. There’s no point automating a process that doesn’t work, because you’ll only repeat the same mistakes faster. So we fix what’s broken first, then automate what’s repetitive, such as briefs, timesheets, approvals and reporting.
AI is added only where it offers tangible benefits and will be fully adopted by your team. I also train your team and make sure the new way of working sticks.
It’s part of all three services.
