My background is rooted in creative operations. Over 25 years, I’ve moved from Junior Designer to Executive Operations Director at a global agency before stepping into consultancy. I understand the commercial and delivery pressure agencies operate under - not just in theory, but in practice.

I don’t apply generic frameworks or off-the-shelf solutions. AgencyOS™ is built specifically for creative agencies and focuses on how work is scoped, delivered, resourced and measured. Everything starts with understanding how your agency actually runs, where profit is being made or lost, and what’s realistically achievable.

My focus is deliberately narrow. I work exclusively on operational performance - improving margins, reducing friction, strengthening systems and creating the conditions for sustainable growth or exit readiness. I’m not a generalist adviser. I go deep where it matters.

Most importantly, I don’t disappear after the recommendations. I work alongside leadership teams to prioritise actions and support implementation so improvements are embedded, not just discussed.

Most agencies already have capable internal teams. The challenge isn’t effort - it’s perspective, capacity and cross-agency visibility.

Internal leaders are often deep in delivery. They’re solving today’s problems, managing clients, supporting teams and keeping projects moving. That leaves little space to step back and examine how the agency is actually operating across process, systems, resourcing and profitability.

Because I’m not embedded in legacy habits, I can challenge assumptions objectively and focus on what will genuinely improve performance.

I also work alongside your team rather than around them. The goal isn’t to replace internal capability - it’s to strengthen it, align it and create the operational conditions for sustainable growth.

I don’t believe in delivering a report, presenting recommendations, and walking away. Insight without action rarely creates meaningful change - and agencies don’t need more documents sitting on a shared drive.

That can include prioritising actions, shaping a realistic plan, supporting key decisions, working with your team to embed new ways of operating, and staying close as changes are tested under real delivery pressure.

The level of involvement depends on what you need. Some agencies want structured check-ins and accountability. Others want more embedded, fractional support.

Either way, I stay involved long enough to help you move from insight to implementation.

I work with each agency on a bespoke basis. Fees are based on scope, complexity and outcomes.

Each phase is scoped in advance with defined deliverables and a fixed fee, so you know exactly what’s included and what it will cost.‍

Project-Based Engagements


For specific operational challenges - such as system optimisation, process redesign or automation - we agree a defined scope and fixed fee for that piece of work.

For agencies that need consistent senior operational input, I provide ongoing embedded support for an agreed number of days per month.
